Tuning In & Taking Action

I am trained in both talk therapy and art therapy, and I use whichever approach you prefer. I view therapy as an active, collaborative relationship. I believe that you are your own expert. My focus is helping you tune-in to your inner wisdom.

I also view therapy as an experience, rather than simply sitting down and talking about something. Clients in my sessions are not merely talkers, neither am I merely a conversationalist. We are both active participants in a transformative process.
